BOOKINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT

All Bookings shall be in writing and shall grant confirmed only when is accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the tour price, whose receipt has been acknowledged by our bank. The remaining 70% must be paid 60 days before the tour begins, in some circumstances, we agree with a cash payment on arrival day. The clients must pay all bank charges. All our costs are in US Dollars, but the payment can be in US Dollar, British Pound or Euros with the equivalent exchange rates. All Deposits should be paid through International Wire Transfer or secure PayPal.

CANCELLATION

All annulment of a safari/tour/trekking must be in writing and shall only be effective upon its receipt and acknowledgement. We will not accept any cancellations made by Phone. We will calculate all cancellation charges as of the date we receipt the cancellation email and the refunds shall as per Reality Wild Adventures Terms and Conditions. Reality Wild Adventures has the right to cancel any reservations that are not paid in full after final payment is due, in other case cancellation charges will apply accordingly.

The following penalties will be for cancellations: Cancellation more than 60 days before your travel – 30% of the whole tour price Cancellation between 30 and 60 days- 50% of the entire price Cancellation within 30 days of your travel or no show 100% of the whole tour price. Client (s) will be responsible for any bank transfer charges

NO REFUNDS FOR THE FOLLOWING THINGS:

Lost Safari time or replacement of facilities. Itineraries changed after the departure. The appearance of personal things beyond the company’s control which requires. Option agreements are made to guarantee the safety or further support and delight of your safari. Fail to appear for any accommodation, service, activity, or tour segment without prior notice (see above cancellation policy). Premature contract termination.

SAFARI RATES

The cost includes all expenses in connection with ground transport for the itinerary set out, all entry fees, hotel meals and accommodation (full board or half board) where stated. Tips and personal expenses such as phone, internet, beverages and laundry not included. We also highly recommend you to purchase travel protection insurance.

SPECIAL GROUPS

Please contact us for Travel / Safari Agents Commissions Special Group/Student rates available on request and subject to our evaluation. Our decision regarding commissions is final and non-negotiable.

LODGE SAFARIS

Reality Wild Adventures guaranteed a 4 x 4 vehicle (land cruiser/land rover) with 4 or 6 window seat with pop up roof for the game drive and photographic driven by accomplished driver guides. All game drives, full board meals, and accommodation in lodges/hotels for the entire confirmed and paid safari, all game park entrance fees and services of experienced driver guides.

CAMPING SAFARIS

Reality Wild Adventures will provide 4 x 4 safari vehicle (land cruiser/land rover), Guaranteed window seat, Services of an experienced driver/Guide and expert cook, All camping equipment except sleeping bags, All camping and game park entrance fees and three meals a day prepared by our expert safari chef.

MOUNTAIN TREKKING

Reality Wild Adventures will provide transport from your Lodge/Hotel to the trekking start point and return. The cost will include all park entry fees, Camping fees, Rescue fees, meals & accommodation, Guides & Assistance guides, cook, and porters Salaries. Other items included are all Camping equipment including mountaineering tents & toilet, sleeping mattresses & pillows, dining tent, table & chairs, sleeping bags and flying Doctors evacuation insurance which covers Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya & Rwanda.

LIABILITY

The Guests at this moment admits, confirms and records that he/she knows the risk implicit in adventure travel in African destinations and associated safari activities. The Guests are held onto the safari and offers to do the tour, travel or activities at their personal risk. The Guests acknowledge and admits that Reality Wild Adventures, its agents, and representatives will not be liable for loss or damage to properties, or injury or illness to the guests or loss of life or significant damages which might occur from any cause whatever unless directly caused by Reality Wild Adventures carelessness.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The guests must be ready for the safari in advance and have a travel visa, travel passports, travel vaccinations and any other travel permits that required for the safari according to the countries visiting. It is the Guests responsibility to pay any extra costs required either by the Guests or by Reality Wild Adventures on the Guests behalf as a consequence of any negligence by the Guest to follow with such conditions. Reality Wild Adventures may not be responsible for any failure on the part of Guests to be in possession of the correct travel documentation.

FORCE MAJEURE

“Force Majeure” means, concerning the Reality Wild Adventures, any matters beyond the reasonable control of the Company. The things including but without limitation, acts of God, eruption, flood, industrial dispute, tempest, fire or accident. And other incidents like a threat of war, nuclear disaster, sabotage, insurrection, terrorist activity, quarantine, government intervention, dangers of fast moving water, rocks and other submerged objects, hypothermia, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Under these conditions, Reality Wild Adventures shall not be responsible for paying any compensation or being accountable for any expenses or losses you incur where the supplier forced. As a result to amend, withdraw, suspend or, curtail your holiday arrangements in any way or where the prompt performance of the supplier’s contractual obligations is limited or affected.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

The travel insurance required by law for all Reality Wild Adventures safari bookings. It is a requirement that when you book one of our tours that the Clients insured for the entire safari. In respect of illness, injury, accident, death, medical expenses arising from illness or accident before or during the trip, baggage loss and personal items, evacuation and repatriation in case of emergency, cancellation and curtailment. The Guests should assure that no exclusion clauses were limiting. Therefore, the Company strongly recommends that the clients should secure fully comprehensive travel insurance to cover for your entire safari.
